Here is a recurve hunter I made for a friend. The blade is 1095 with linen micarta handles and a inside the pocket leather sheath.

This one is forged from 1095 bar. It has a G10 bolster and a tan canvas and black linen micarta handle. It has been clay quenched and shows a nice hamon.

This is forged from a bar of 1095. It has a slight recurve and a bold hamon. The handle is ironwood and the tang is tapered. The leather sheath has a scroll pattern toolwork.
Recurve Halibut with G10

I tried a new design on the Halibut line. I went with a slight recurve. The handle is black and blue G10, but it looks a little more black than blue.
